Sole developer on the test and diagnostics platform used by Openreach field engineers and 650+ communication providers across the UK.

• Transitioned from platform support into a developer role after a team relocation cut headcount by roughly half, tasked with automating workflows so the smaller team could maintain the same output.
• Designed and developed a bespoke application to turn long-winded, complex manual processes into single-click operations. This application is still used by the entire team daily to complete all of their work, saving hours of manual effort each day.
• Built automated fault monitoring and network performance dashboards across the UK's copper test infrastructure.
